Cancellation Policy

Orders for standard Glamera Shine pieces may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at contact@GlameraShine.shop.

Custom design orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun, as these pieces are specifically created to your unique specifications.

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for most unused and unworn standard items from Glamera Shine. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all certificates and documentation.

Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please email our support team at contact@GlameraShine.shop with your order details. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 10-15 business days.
